We can appoint professional trustees or professional executors, we will not act as executors, however, we work very closely with a national firm of solicitors.  We do not believe in ‘pre-paying’ for this service during your lifetime because it is very hard to predict the future.  Divorce, care fees, a failing business, extreme hardship or just spending throughout retirement could result in your estate being heavily reduced in size and we believe that such fees should reflect the size of the estate at the time of your death. By pre-paying, you could end up paying out a lot more money than you actually need to. ​

We can appoint professional trustees or professional executors, we will not act as executors. We will agree any fees in advance and upon their instruction, we will arrange to meet with the Executor and gather all relevant information and paperwork. We provide regular updates throughout the process and you will also be allocated a direct telephone number to a named contact should you have any questions at any point. We will not pass you from pillar to post!
